Before joining RMS, he was Front Office Director of CDG Capital Bourse from 2019 to 2023 where he managed the entire sales strategy.<\/p>\n

Tawfik SOULAMI<\/h2>

With over 20 years’ experience in managing major projects, Tawfik Soulami joined Red Med Real Estate in March 2024 as Support Director. In this role, he is mainly responsible for the administrative and legal aspects of SPVs, as well as purchasing, and is now the Managing Director as of February 2025.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Red Med Real Estate, he was Director of Development at an investment fund from August 2016, playing a crucial role in the development of two major projects and overseeing an investment portfolio of more than MAD 2.4 billion.<\/p>\n

Marouane joined the team at Red Med Asset Management in May 2017 as the head of bond and equity fund management, focusing on optimizing portfolio returns while maintaining a secure approach that meets the specific needs of clients. With his experience and expertise, Marouane was promoted to the position of General Director starting January 1st, 2024. She joined CDG Capital in June 2009 and held several senior positions. Tarik Bouafia joined RED MED Securities in November 2024 as Deputy Managing Director.
\nAn expert in the Moroccan financial market with over 30 years of experience, he possesses extensive expertise in market operations, post-trade activities, risk management, internal control, and compliance.<\/p>\n

Before joining RED MED Securities, Tarik held several positions at CDG Capital Bourse, where he served as Director of Risks, Compliance, and Internal Control. He was responsible for overseeing risk management related to new financial products and investment projects. His career at CDG Capital Bourse spanned more than a decade, during which he held strategic roles such as Director of Operational Business Support, overseeing post-trade activities, and Head of Back and Middle Offices, where he coordinated operational support for brokerage and account management activities.<\/p>\n

Abdellah has an experience of 10 years at CDG Capital giving him versatility and complete knowledge of global risk management. He was Head of\u00a0 Market Risk Management between 2018 and 2021 where he participated in the deployment of Value at Risk (VaR) as a global risk market monitoring tool as well as in the risk analysis of various products. Amine joined the Red Med Capital team in April 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oussama Essaffani joined Red Med Capital in July 2025 as System Administrator.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before joining us, Oussama worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Deloitte in Casablanca, within the MSSP IAM Team. He led the integration of IGA solutions, implemented security policies, managed access via Azure AD and Entra ID, and conducted identity security audits.<\/p>\n

Halima joins Red Med Real Estate as Administrative Manager.<\/p>\n

    With over 20 years’ experience in managing major projects, Tawfik Soulami joined Red Med Real Estate in March 2024 as Support Director. In this role, he is mainly responsible for the administrative and legal aspects of SPVs, as well as purchasing, and is now the Managing Director as of February 2025.<\/p>\n

    Prior to joining Red Med Real Estate, he was Director of Development at an investment fund from August 2016, playing a crucial role in the development of two major projects and overseeing an investment portfolio of more than MAD 2.4 billion.<\/p>\n

    At New Marina Casablanca, CDG Group, from 2010 to 2016, he led the implementation of investment strategies for a portfolio of over 2 billion dirhams and oversaw the development of various programmes.<\/p>\n

    Between 2009 and 2011, Sofia was in charge of the automotive industry in the Marketing & Strategy Department of the Moroccan Investment Development Agency (AMDI).\u00a0Between 2004 and 2009, Sofia was CFO of Platinium Music, a production and music distribution company licensed by Universal Music France.     Marouane joined the team at Red Med Asset Management in May 2017 as the head of bond and equity fund management, focusing on optimizing portfolio returns while maintaining a secure approach that meets the specific needs of clients. With his experience and expertise, Marouane was promoted to the position of General Director starting January 1st, 2024. This role demonstrates his significant contribution to the company and the trust the firm places in his strategic vision for the future.<\/p>\n

    Marouane was at CDG Capital trading floor as ‘sales’ multi-asset between 2013 and 2017. He participated in various bond raisings of the largest Moroccan institutions (OCP, ONCF, ONEE …) and in the management of a Market Making bond portfolio of MAD 2.5 billion.<\/p>\n

    Ilham EL FAHRY EL FASSI joined Red Med Capital in June 2024 as Director of Strategy and Development. She has over fifteen years of experience.<\/p>\n

    Before joining Red Med Capital, Ilham held the position of Director of Product Development & Senior Institutional Banker at CDG Capital.<\/p>\n

    She joined CDG Capital in June 2009 and held several senior positions. In 2021, she became Director of Product Development, where she oversaw the implementation of complex financial structuring, supported public and private clients in securing innovative financing (Green Bonds, credit securitization), and contributed to the development of new financial strategies.<\/p>\n

    Tarik Bouafia joined RED MED Securities in November 2024 as Deputy Managing Director.
    \nAn expert in the Moroccan financial market with over 30 years of experience, he possesses extensive expertise in market operations, post-trade activities, risk management, internal control, and compliance.<\/p>\n

    Before joining RED MED Securities, Tarik held several positions at CDG Capital Bourse, where he served as Director of Risks, Compliance, and Internal Control. He was responsible for overseeing risk management related to new financial products and investment projects. His career at CDG Capital Bourse spanned more than a decade, during which he held strategic roles such as Director of Operational Business Support, overseeing post-trade activities, and Head of Back and Middle Offices, where he coordinated operational support for brokerage and account management activities.<\/p>\n

    Prior to CDG Capital Bourse, Tarik made his mark at Maroclear, where he was part of the inaugural team of the central securities depository.     Abdellah joined Red Med Capital in November 2021.<\/p>\n

    Abdellah is in charge of the Internal Control and Global Risk Management Department.<\/p>\n

    Abdellah has an experience of 10 years at CDG Capital giving him versatility and complete knowledge of global risk management. He was Head of\u00a0 Market Risk Management between 2018 and 2021 where he participated in the deployment of Value at Risk (VaR) as a global risk market monitoring tool as well as in the risk analysis of various products.
